Why it is free

No payment or account is required to calculate a runner length. Measurements are used in your browser. If you choose to save a staircase, it stays in that browser; if you share a calculation, its measurements are included in the link.

What the estimate cannot tell you

The calculator accepts fractional measurements and landing lengths. It does not automatically model pattern repeats, unusual bottom steps or curved cuts. Have an installer check those details before buying material.
